I have had over 10 years experience of Thai massage including Body, Head and Foot massage. I studied in a Thai goverment certified college and passed with honours in September 2004.

My culture is Bhuddist and I fit the healing power into my treatments with low volume Thai music and aroma, carried out in a quiet relaxing enviroment.

If you suffer from stress, bad circulation, tired body, sports injuries, headaches or muscular tension, massage may help. Thai massage uses different mixtures of rhythmic accupressure, enabling more blood and oxygen to vital organs to ensure a healthy body and mind. Any age, male or female can benefit from Thai massage.

We are based on South West Anglesey, all visits by appointment only. Home visits by special arrangement. Massage from £35/hr.

Group treatments available
for elderly, etc.

ABOUT AROMATHERAPY...

AROMATHERAPY
is one of the most popular therapies today, and possibly one of the most soothing.
The therapeutic qualities of plant oils were discovered in the early 1900s by a French chemist, Rene Gattefosse, whilst working in his laboratory. When he accidentally burnt his hand, he plunged it into a bowl of lavender oil nearby and noticed how quickly it healed afterwards, with little scarring. From this, he continued to develop what became Aromatherapy as we know it today.
A variety of oils are used in Aromatherapy. These are made from the concentrated essences of different plants, which have been carefully extracted. These oils can be used on their own or blended with others to treat various complaints in different ways. Inhaling the aroma through your nose can have a beneficial effect on your mood - a relaxing oil can help you unwind if you're feeling tense, or a stimulating oil can give you a lift if you're feeling tired or depressed.
Using Aromatherapy with massage is the most common way of using the essential oils, and they are usually diluted with a carrier oil before use. These oils are then absorbed through the skin, bringing healing benefits to the body. Aromatherapy is generally very safe, but as the essential oils can be quite powerful they need using with care. Also, certain oils are unsafe to use during pregnancy. A qualified aromatherapist should be able to assess your needs and use the right combination of oils to promote healing and restore a feeling of
well-being.

Each practitioner listed should be happy to show you evidence of all these things if you ask them - which we advise you to do at the first appointment or sooner, for your own peace of mind.
