As well as offering Aromatherapy and Holistic (Swedish) massage, I also offer Deep Tissue massage and Tsuboki, a wonderful Japanese facial massage considered to be a 'natural facelift'.
Massage is extremely beneficial for numerous symptoms and conditions including; eczema, depression, insomnia, stress and anxiety, headaches, and muscular aches and pains.

Furthermore, activities such as sitting at a desk all day, operating heavy machinery or driving for long periods can put pressure and strain on our skeletal posture. Problems caused by such activities can be alleviated by massage techniques.

Based in Hoylake and West Kirby, I offer holistic treatments in relaxing, quiet, attractive therapy rooms. I view clients as individuals, formulating the best possible treatments to enhance well-being.

All reflexology treatments include acupressure to the feet's acupoints and also an aromatherapy foot massage.

I also offer Tsuboki Face Massage, a deeply relaxing yet energising treatment. Tsuboki incorporates acupressure and Japanese massage techniques to encourage health and beauty by toning the facial muscles, improving circulation and balancing the meridians to positively improve well-being.

Reiki is a gentle energy which enhances natural healing. It renews energy levels and restores a sense of balance to body, mind and spirit.

I have been working as a clinical therapist now for over 10yrs and specialise in maintaining good healthy muscle function.

My approach to massage therapy comes from seeing so many physical ailments manifest within the body through stress related disorders. By reducing stress and fatigue from muscles, the body can help its self function better and improve the immune system.
Taking an hour out of your life to unwind once a month can have a great benefit to your daily life and to assist in fitness training. I use organic essential oils to give that extra boost to treatments. I also specialise in arthritic care massage to help pain reduction and maintain a good range of joint movement.

Therapy prices range from £20-£30.
I provide home treatments to female clients only, throughout the Wirral, Mon - Fri from 6.30pm, and any time Sat. I am unable to answer calls during the day, so please leave a message and I will get back to you after 4.30pm (except weekends).
