for Food and Environmental Sensitivities,
E Numbers and vitamin deficiencies.
Allergy Desensitisation and Detox
Foot Spa treatments.
Allergies and sensitivities can
cause such conditions as Irritable Bowel
Syndrome, Weight Fluctuations, Fatigue, Asthma,
Eczema and Skin Complaints. Arthritis and Joint
Pain, Catarrh and Sinus Congestion, Anxiety and
Depression, Hyperactivity, Headaches, Migraine

Allergy treatments are non invasive and
suitable for people upwards of 10 years of age.
No blood is taken and results are given on the
day. Tests normally take no longer than
1 hour.

ABOUT DETOX THERAPIES...
DETOX THERAPIES of different types have become
very popular in recent years, in response to the increasing burden
we place on our body's internal organs, caused by our modern lifestyles.
Detoxification, to give it its full name, is a way of assisting
the body eliminate toxins, restoring essential nutrients, and boosting
energy levels.
Careless eating habits, excess alchohol, caffeine and a diet of
highly processed food can all put a strain on the natural elimination
processes normally carried out by the liver and other organs. Over
time this can lead to lack of energy, dry skin conditions, constipation,
digestive disorders, and unhealthy weight gain.
A full 'detox' can effectively speed up the removal of toxic substances
from the body, rebalance the bacteria in the bowel, increase general
energy levels and also allows the liver to recover.
There are various detox systems available today - these range from
special diets, drinks and high energy foods, herbal remedies, nutritional
supplements, fasting, sweat lodges, colonic hydrotherapy (internal
cleansing), to special purpose built equipment, designed to draw
out toxins from the body through the feet.
Before
embarking on any detox treatment, it's advisable to consult a health
professional trained in nutrition and detoxification processes,
for advice on the safest and most beneficial method for your particular
needs.
Detoxing may also be recommended as an integral part of other holistic
treatments, such as naturopathy, ayurvedic medicine, allergy elimination,
or nutritional therapy, and should be carried out under the ongoing
supervision of the appropriate practitioner.
