When completing the form, please enter your details using both
Upper and Lower case text, as appropriate, for normal readability.(ie.
Don't use all Capital Letters, or all lower case letters.)
The Event contact details you give in the lower part of the form will
be automatically shown in your listing - there's no need to include them
again in the Event Description box, unless you'd also like to add an extra
name or phone number etc.
EMAIL ADDRESSES will be displayed in 'anti-spam' format on the website.
ie. the @ sign will be shown as 'AT'. This means you
can safely include your email address without the risk of receiving unwanted
junk emails (spam).
Important: Even if you don't want an email
address to be shown in your actual listing, please make
sure you include one in the 'Contact Email'
line on the form, as we need this to acknowledge your event submission.
(This is for our use only, in connection with this form - we never pass
on or sell private details to anyone else.)
WEBSITE or WEB PAGE URLs should only be added to your listing if the page
content is relevant to the event.
Please remember to keep within the 100
word limit in the Event Description box,
or we may not accept it. (If we do, we will edit it at our discretion)
Weekend RETREATS... If your retreat is longer than 2
Days, but starts late on the Friday afternoon or evening, we'll
still include it, but please only enter the dates and times of
the two full days, ie. the Saturday & Sunday. You can add
a line in the Event Description box at the end, to advise people of the
Friday arrival/starting time.
COURSES...
These listings can only include short courses of up to
2 Days maximum. Please don't submit details for courses that
run over several weeks or months. They can be advertised on our Courses
& Training page, for a small fee.
WORKSHOPS & OTHER EVENTS... If you'd like to advertise
your events in more detail, you can take out a paid advert in
our Workshops & Events section,
where we can prepare a customised full page ad for you, and include much
more information.
Our rates are very reasonable, and if you can pay to
advertise your events on this website, it's much appreciated, and helps
us to maintain and develop our services for the North West Holistic/ Spiritual

All events submitted will be approved before going onto the website.
Anonymous submissions will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse
publication without reason, if we consider the material is unsuitable,
or contrary to the ethos of the site. Events will be automatically deleted
once the event dates have expired.
