When completing the form, please enter your details using both Upper and Lower case text, as appropriate, for normal readability, or we may not accept it. (ie. Don't use all CAPITAL LETTERS or all lower case letters - thank you!.)

Please remember to keep within the 100 word limit in the Event Description box. When you submit the form, if you include more than 100 words, you will get an error message telling you how many words you have used, so you have the chance to reduce your word count before sending it in.

The Event Contact Details you give in the lower part of the form will be automatically shown in your listing - there's no need to include them again in the Event Description box, unless you'd also like to add an extra name or phone number etc.

EMAIL ADDRESSES in listings will be displayed in 'anti-spam' format on the website. ie. the @ sign will be shown as 'AT'. This means you can safely include your email address without the risk of receiving unwanted junk emails (spam).

Important: Even if you don't want an email address to be shown in your actual listing, please make sure you include one (correctly spelt) in the 'Contact Email' line on the form. This is for our use only, as we need to acknowledge your event submission and send you a copy of the details you enter on the form, in case you need to correct anything. (We never pass on or sell email addresses to anyone else.)

All events submitted will be approved and may be edited/tidied up for ease of reading before going onto the website. Anonymous submissions will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse publication without reason, if we consider the material is unsuitable, or contrary to the ethos of the site. Events will be automatically deleted once the event dates have expired.
