I have been practicing holistic therapies for over 17 years, I also trained in India to be a Yoga Teacher at the Sivananda Ashram in 2004. I now work intuitively with all my experiences in the field of holistic health, integratiing yoga and meditation practices, with massage therapy and healing, more recently working with sound healing using my voice and a shamanic drum.
This works on a very subtle level helping the recipient to unblock and rebalance the subtle energies of the energetic system which is working on a deeper level than just the physical body. Sound healing sessions also combine well with holistic massage therapy.

I run sound and movement workshops called Heartsounds which are fun, very freeing creatively incorporating primordial sound and mantra etc..
I work with my friend and Yoga colleague, Chelsea Canovas in running Yoga retreats in Snowdonia twice a year.

I have been working as a clinical therapist now for over 10yrs and specialise in maintaining good healthy muscle function.

My approach to massage therapy comes from seeing so many physical ailments manifest within the body through stress related disorders. By reducing stress and fatigue from muscles, the body can help its self function better and improve the immune system.
Taking an hour out of your life to unwind once a month can have a great benefit to your daily life and to assist in fitness training. I use organic essential oils to give that extra boost to treatments. I also specialise in arthritic care massage to help pain reduction and maintain a good range of joint movement.

Therapy prices range from £20-£30.
