across Merseyside for all levels of interest.
The main aim of these meditation classes is to help
people develop calm and peaceful minds. If we train
in meditation we shall experience a purer and purer
form of happiness. Eventually we will be able to stay
happy all the time even in the most difficult circumstances.
Each class is self contained and can be attended at
anytime. The classes include two meditations, a teaching,
a question and answer session and refreshments.
The main aim of our meditation classes is to help
