The place to find Meditation Classes & Groups in the North West.

Time to MeditateAnyone can meditate!Anyone can meditate!

MEDITATION
can help us to quieten our busy minds, let go of negative thought patterns
and bring about a sense of inner peace in our everyday lives.

Meditation techniques can vary widely, and the range of classes listed in this section offer something to suit
most people - from the absolute beginner to the more experienced meditator. Anyone, any age can learn to meditate!

Although often included in many spiritual disciplines, such as Buddhism, it isn't necessary to follow any
specific religious or spiritual path in order to meditate, and most of the classes we have listed here are open to all.
However, most Buddhist groups offer additional background teachings along with meditation techniques,
for those who are interested.

When practised regularly, Meditation can be very beneficial in reducing stress levels,
enhancing mental performance and helping us to experience life from a calm and balanced perspective.
