By submitting your details through our online Products & Services Registration Form, you agree to those details being displayed on the Holistic Promotions website - The North West Directory of Natural Healing, for public viewing on the internet.

You have a responsibility for making sure the information in your listing is kept correct and up to date while it is on display. Please notify us of any essential changes, such as contact details, as soon as possible.
We will try to change these details for you promptly.
If you fail to regularly check the information displayed in your listing, and the details are no longer up to date or accurate, we cannot be held liable for any misunderstandings that may arise as a result of this.

Advertising fees are payable in advance and include an amount for the preparation of your listing, display on the website for the advertising period chosen, and any changes you ask us to make to your listing, while it is on display.

Fees paid by monthly subscription will automatically be taken from your account by PayPal around the same day of each month, until you give them instructions to cancel. If we receive notification from PayPal that you have cancelled your subscription, we will remove your listing from the site at the end of that monthly advertising period, depending on the date it first appeared on the site.

If you have paid for 12 months in advance, and need to have your listing removed before the end of the time you have paid for - for example, if you cease trading, we will take it off the website at your request. If you request a refund for any unused months of the advertising period, we will always retain the equivalent of 3 months full advertising fee (@ £3 per month), plus the fee for any full subsequent months that the listing has been on display, then refund any difference.

If you have paid for 12 months in advance, we'll email you with a reminder towards the end of the advertising period, with the option to renew your listing for a further period, or to pay by subscription if you wish. Your listing will remain on the website for up to 3 weeks after it lapses, during which time we will send you further reminders.
If you haven't replied and renewed your listing, within that time, it will be removed from the website, and we'll email you to let you know. At whatever time you renew your listing, the next advertising period will always run on consecutively from the last day of the previous one.

PRIVACY POLICY

The North West Directory of Natural Healing is owned and operated by Holistic Promotions.
We respect your right to privacy and never disclose any of your personal information without your permission.

By completing and submitting your registration form, you are giving permission for the information given on that form (about yourself and your business), to be used to compile your listing for display on our website www.holistic-promotions.co.uk, which is available for public viewing on the World Wide Web.
If you're not happy for any of the details we ask for to be made public via the internet, you should not include them on the form.

Any other contact details you have given us, not shown in your listing, will be kept safe and private and never disclosed to any third parties. They will only be used by us if we need to contact you about your listing, or changes to the Directory that might affect you.

It is not our policy at Holistic Promotions to use spyware programs on the website to gather personal information. We only collect basic usage statistics to indicate how many people visit the site, and which pages are most popular etc., so that we can see which areas we need to improve on. This is a normal practice, used by most websites.

We never pass on or sell email addresses from the website. In an effort to do our bit in the war against 'spam' (unsolicited junk mail), if your email address is shown in your directory listing, it will be displayed in a way that will prevent it being 'harvested' from the site by robot software. (You can find an explanation of this at the bottom of each page in the Products & Services Directory)

Our website carries links to many other sites, both from the listings on display, and also from our 'Links' page. We are not responsible for the content or operating policies of these other websites. When visiting them, it is in your own interests to become aware of their own policies for gathering information etc.
