Established in September 2000, this group has had a varied programme of talks and courses, including such diverse subjects as crystal therapy, tai chi, homeopathy, aromatherapy, astrology, shiatsu, kiniesiology and Emotional Freedom Technique.

Our aim is to give people practical knowledge with which to maintain and improve their own wellbeing and that of their friends and relatives.
For many members this is enough - others have been inspired to take professional therapy qualifications, and then share their new expertise.

We still welcome newcomers every week.

Peter has been practising mediumship for over 15 yrs, and holds various classes which help with meditation, personal developement and philosophy.
