TERMS & CONDITIONS
By submitting your details using our online Registration Form, you agree
to those details shown in the upper section of the form being
displayed on the Holistic Promotions website - The North West Directory
of Natural Healing. Any details you give in the lower section (For our
records only) will not be shown on the website, unless you have already
given the address as your Practice Address for inclusion in your listing.

You have a responsibility for making sure the information in your listing
is kept correct and up to date. Please notify us of any essential changes,
such as contact details, as soon as possible. We will try to change these
details for you promptly. If you fail to regularly check the information
displayed in your listing, and it becomes out of date, we cannot be held
liable for any misunderstandings that may arise as a result of this.
The fee is payable in advance and includes an amount for the preparation
of your listing, display on the website for one year, and maintenance
of that listing while it is on display.
If you decide that you no longer want your listing to be displayed during
any 12 month period, we will remove it from the directory at your request.
The fee will normally be retained to cover the work involved in the preparation,
maintenance and removal of that listing.
However, if unexpected circumstances arise and you need to remove your
listing within the first month of any 12 month period (that you
have paid for), we will refund the fee, less a £5 charge to cover
processing.
We'll email you with a reminder towards the end of each annual period,
with the option to renew your listing for a further 12 months. If, after
a second reminder, we haven't had a response from you within 2-3 weeks
of the expiry date, your listing will be removed from the website. If
you contact us to renew after this time, you will then have to resubmit
your details for a new listing.

PRIVACY POLICY
The
North West Directory of Natural Healing is owned and operated
by Holistic Promotions.
We respect your right to privacy and never disclose any of your personal
information without your permission.
By completing and submitting your registration form, you are giving permission
for the information given on that form (about yourself and your practice),
to be used to compile your listing for display on our website ( www.holistic-promotions.co.uk),
which is available for public viewing on the World Wide Web.
If you're not happy for any of the details we ask for to be made public
via the internet, please do not include them in that part of the form.
Any
personal details given at the bottom of the registration form, such as
your home address, will be kept safe and private and never disclosed
to any third parties. It will only be used by us if we need to contact
you about your listing, or changes to the Directory that may affect you,
and we're unable to get in touch with you by any other method.
It is not our policy at Holistic Promotions to use spyware programs on
the website to gather personal information. We only collect basic usage
statistics to indicate how many people visit the site, and which pages
are most popular etc., so that we can see which areas we need to improve
on. This is a normal practice, used by most websites.
We never pass on or sell email addresses from the website. In an effort
to do our bit in the war against 'spam' (unsolicited junk mail), if your
email address is shown in your directory listing, it will be displayed
in a way that will prevent it being 'harvested' from the site by robot
software. (See Guidelines and Assistance for details of this)
The Directory carries links to many other websites, both from the entries
on display, and also from our 'Links' page. We are not responsible for
the content or operating policies of those other websites. When visiting
them, it is in your own interests to become aware of their own policies
for gathering information etc.
