When completing the form, please enter your details using both
Upper and Lower case text, as appropriate, for normal readability.(ie.
Don't use all Capital Letters, or all lower case letters.)
The words, "For more details contact..."
will appear in your listing automatically, along with the Organisation
contact details you give on the form, so there's no need to include them
again in the Venue Description box.
WEBSITE or WEB PAGE URLs that you include will only be added to your listing
if the page content is relevant to the Venue..
EMAIL ADDRESSES will be displayed in 'anti-spam' format on the website.
ie. the @ sign will be shown as 'AT'. This means you
can safely include your email address without the risk of receiving unwanted
junk emails (spam).
Important: Even if you don't want an email
address to be shown in your actual listing, please make
sure you include one in the 'Contact Email'
line on the form, as we need this to acknowledge receipt of your details.

VENUE DESCRIPTION - Please keep within the 150
word limit, or we may not accept it. (If we do, we will
edit it at our discretion)
Payments for these listings can only be made
online, and are processed securely by PayPal. If you don't have
a PayPal account, you can use your credit or debit card on the PayPal
site - it isn't necessary to have an account to use our online payment
facility.
All Venue details will be approved and may be edited before going onto
the website. Listings will only appear on the website after we have received
confirmation of your successful payment transaction from PayPal. If you
later need to amend your venue details, you can do so by emailing us,
and we will update the listing for you.
