What is a Workshop for Mind, Body and Spirit?

An MBS Workshop is where a group of people get together, usually in an informal setting, to learn about, or experience a concept which may enhance their physical, mental, emotional or spiritual well being.
Topics might include: Holistic therapies, physical or emotional healing, relaxation/ stress management techniques, positive thinking, meditation/ spiritual practices, music, movement or sound therapy, energy work, psychic development, angels, plus a whole range of other things in between!

Attending workshops can be useful if you're looking to try something new, but don't want to commit yourself to a long period of study. They can provide you with a short 'taster' of a subject, giving you a better idea of what is involved, and if it feels right for you.

Workshops typically last from between a few hours to two or three days, and are more commonly held during weekends, to give more people a chance to attend.
